Ask us for your referral link
Every Floatwell client has one. Ask at reception next time you are in, or call us on 01223 297872 and we will find it for you while you are on the phone.

Send it to your friend
However suits — message, email, or hand them one of our cards. They use the link to book, and anything on our list counts: a float, a sauna, a massage, a facial or a class.

They come in, and you both get £10
Once your friend has been in and paid for that first visit, £10 is added to your account — and theirs. There is no limit on how many friends you introduce.
Spending your £10
Your £10 sits on your Floatwell account, ready for whenever you next book. Mention it when you book or when you arrive and we will put it towards your treatment.
If you are not sure whether a referral has come through yet, just ask — we can see it on our side and tell you straight away.
The small print
What counts as a referral
- Your friend must be new to Floatwell — the offer is for first visits.
- The credit arrives after their first paid visit, not when they book.
- £10 each — one for you, one for them, towards any treatment.
