Floss
Floss is an experienced yoga teacher with a passion for embodiment, anatomy, and philosophy as a way of life. She loves the dynamic but also the meditative side of the practice. Her classes are orientated around the principle of proprioception – the sense of one’s body in space – inviting a sensitive, graceful, and curious attitude of self-enquiry into her student’s practice.

Lucy is a compassionate and attentive yoga teacher who believes that yoga is for everybody. She teaches a vinyasa flow style class with adaptations and variations for poses to ensure a safe and enjoyable class for all. She is passionate about making people feel better about themselves both in mind and body and this shines through her teaching and manual therapy. Lucy likes to make her classes fun and accessible and with her background in manual therapy, she emphasises the importance of body awareness and alignment.

Archana
Archana has been practising yoga for nearly 30 years and teaching for three. Her teaching focuses on bringing the significant mental and physical benefits of yoga to students of all ages and levels of experience – whilst keeping classes accessible and fun. She teaches a variety of yoga styles, including vinyasa and hatha. Classes combine fun physical practice with breath work and relaxation techniques. Archana is passionate about yoga teaching and believes that time spent on a yoga mat is never a waste!

We offer morning and evening classes throughout the week, and there is a range and pricing options to suit everyone. All our classes are run by experienced teachers who will help you get the most out of your session whatever your level. With small class sizes of up to 12, you will have attention whenever you need, to improve form and ask questions.
You can always turn up and join a class for just £15 or for those who love yoga as much as we do, our unlimited yoga membership is by far the most cost effective way of practicing. Make sure you buy your purchase option and book your class before arriving as we will not be able to accept bookings immediately before the class.
Choose a Membership
For new members we offer an introductory offer of £25 for 14 days of unlimited yoga. At the end of your 14 day trial there is no need to do anything if you would like to continue with our unlimited class plan, however if you would prefer to try other ways to pay then let us know and we will cancel your membership.
Once you become a full member on our £75 per month plan you can book a complimentary floatation session and enjoy 10% discount on our other treatments.
