Will I feel spacey or disoriented afterward?

Disorientation after floating is uncommon. Most people report feeling “deeply relaxed, centred, and clear-minded” following their session. However, dehydration or low blood sugar may occasionally cause lightheadedness. The center recommends staying well-hydrated before and after your float and eating a light snack beforehand to maintain stable blood sugar levels. Any unusual sensations typically fade quickly as your body readjusts.
